Beginning September 8th, we are please to continue holding in-person group classes (class size depending on studio size) and preschool classes as well as private lessons. In order for RPA to maintain a safe, fun and enriching environment for its families, RPA COVID-19 Guidelines were developed as a strict set of protocols as guided by Washington State Health Department. Before entering the building for classes, the student, parent or guardian must sign the RPA Reopening Guidelines – otherwise they are welcome to attend class some classes remotely.
We understand that the circumstances that have been presented to us during the COVID-19 pandemic have unexpectedly launched us into a new way of learning and teaching. We also understand that these new challenges raise a lot of questions. We want you to know that we are here to support you and will work to answer your questions and continue our students’ quality education in class and remotely. Our teachers and staff are committed to ensuring our students safely build the skills they need to advance and progress with their performance pieces.
Below are few topics that we would like to address that may help to answer your questions. If you still have questions, please feel free to reach out via email firstname.lastname@example.org or phone 360-694-8662
Things are a little different here. We’re keeping a safe, positive and agile environment for our students and their families while our community works together to adapt to our world’s health changes. In compliance with state mandates during Phase 2 & 3, class sizes will be capped based on the size of the studio with a single instructor. Our maximum enrollment size will be 10 students per class. These class sizes are aligned with the August 26th updated Phase 2 and 3 Indoor fitness and Training Covid Reopening Guidelines published by the Washington State Health Department.
RPA continues to monitor the status of this virus along with following guidelines set forth by Washington State Health Department. We have developed strict and specific guidelines to meet the state requirements for the health and safety of our students and staff. More info here:RPA COVID-19 Guidelines.
To help explain what to expect, we have broken up our protocols into sections as they pertain to each part of the day/class time for the student while attending RPA, as presented in our RPA COVID-19 Guidelines: before class, during classes, between classes and after class. We also have a section to go over protocols and expectations of what is expected at all times. Sections following class protocol include operational details, including cleaning and sanitization plans, as they pertain to RPA’s COVID-19 Exposure Control, Mitigation and Recovery Plan. For copies of these documents, please request at email@example.com
We are also aware that some of our members may experience a financial hardship due to the result of Coronavirus. We are reviewing requests for assistance on a case-by-case basis. Our students’ safety and education are our top priority, and we want provide as many options for their continued education as possible during this unique time. To request discuss options, please first contact firstname.lastname@example.org
